The interviewers were nice, and we had good conversations.
However, between interview stages, I was ghosted multiple times for weeks. I had to escalate to the hiring manager to get a callback from the recruitment team.
After finishing all rounds, I was ghosted again. Multiple follow-ups did not yield any results.
It is truly unprofessional to see an organization looking to multiply in size unable to provide candidates with a decent interview experience. Interviewing is mentally draining, and ghosting candidates during and after the process is disrespectful, to say the least.
I will never consider interviewing for Postman again.
