The interview process was really quick and relaxed. The interviewers were very courteous and wanted to see you succeed.

The questions were very practical and close to the work being done, which allowed them to gauge better signals from the interview.

The only improvement I would suggest is to standardize the tools for interviews so that both interviewers and interviewees don't waste time and are able to collect metrics better.
