Pros: Salary and benefits are very good.

Cons: "Leadership" comes up with a new direction every month, and the rest of the company exists solely to fulfil their latest pivot. There is no notion of independence or desire for initiative, and the company is strictly top down and you are a worker drone. Every 6 months a lottery is drawn for which teams to layoff. For developers specifically, the codebase is what you would expect from unchecked growth attempts and top down leadership that doesn't have time for your "tech debt".

Pros: It pays well and some roles are interesting.

Cons: Culture and management. Some roles are redundant.
