Not fit for mid-level engineers
It is a good name brand to have on the resume.
If you are a mid-level engineer, this may not be the place. The workplace lacks any real mentorship or growth in terms of the advancement of your levels. The management keeps shuffling the levels every other year and uses that as a reason to not promote folks.
Please be consistent in reviews and be transparent about the promotion process. The goals are only namesake and either the managers do not provide the opportunity to prove the points which might make the promotion possible, or it is very hard to find a senior who is willing to help.
