Process
First, I had a phone interview, and I could barely understand the interviewer's accent.
I met with three Indian VPs. The process seemed rigged and charade-like. I think they had to interview several candidates to fulfill some requirement, but the result was predetermined. The last VP was rude and didn't even bother to escort me to the exit.
I never received any feedback or rejection email.
