- Smart people
- Products with good potential
- Modern technologies
- Startup-ish mood
- Nice salaries and benefits
Cons: - Majority of the good people have already left or are leaving.
- Low level of diversity (mostly Czech males) and its support from inside.
- New managers bring in bad habits and don't follow the company values and standards.
- Super fast growth; the company doesn't manage to scale properly.
- Missing processes, chaotic environment.
- Poor code quality, lots of technical debt.
