Process

The interview process took about a month and involved three interviews.

The first was a phone interview.

Next, I met with the hiring manager via Zoom.

Finally, I had a two-person interview.

In the end, despite assurances at each stage that they were seeking an external candidate, they decided to promote from within.

Questions

They made me sign a confidentiality agreement.

I will say that the interview questions tested my thought process. I respected this.
