The interview process was composed of several stages: meeting members of the team, the manager, and a developer for a coding challenge.

Everything went well, and I received very good feedback (according to the recruiter). However, they decided not to extend a final offer because of the coding interview.

It was really disappointing after all the time invested. I had asked about the importance of coding skills in all interviews, and they answered every time that it was not important at all. Therefore, I felt it was a complete waste of time and an awfully programmed hiring process. Had I known about the importance of coding from the beginning, I would not have invested so much time.
