Pros: The company is in the stages of large growth. It has a very solid platform and is working to get its fair share of the storage industry. They offer flexible hours and have great upper-level management.

Cons: Middle management is so-so. Company is growing extremely quickly without the infrastructure to support it. You are expected to understand and contribute without ramp-up time. Much company knowledge is inside engineers' heads, who are hesitant to share.

Pros: Good salaries, smart and friendly people around (at least in the Prague office).

Cons: Just my personal opinion: * At the current moment on Glassdoor, there are 18 reviews for the Prague office, but half of them were done on the 21st of March 2021. Others are close to this date. All of them are positive. Isn't it suspicious? I had such an experience in other companies when people were told by managers to register on Glassdoor and add positive comments, as it will help a company with the hiring process. I would definitely not call it the best employer in Prague. * Even though I am still on a probationary period, the priority in the project can change even during the sprint, and it can make your work redundant.

Pros: The people are great. The engineers are talented and knowledgeable, as are the PMs.

Cons: Management is not great. Not horrible, but not great. There's been a steadily increasing amount of overhead to get literally anything done, to the point where many people are wasting a ton of time just to do simple tasks. Opening new offices overseas has not made that any better, and in at least one Pure's acquisitions, there was an influx of toxic culture from the acquired company that has not been corrected or dissuaded.
