A recruiter reached out to me. I thought, why not.
Initially, they gave me a few problems to solve online, likely as a substitute for a phone screen. I felt I didn't complete them 100%, but I was still invited on-site.
I was applying for a role in Bellevue, WA. There, I spoke with two to three engineers.
Afterward, there was an interview at the main office in California.
All the people I met were nice and friendly.
I really liked the environment and the people. However, at that point in time, I decided to proceed with a bigger company.
Questions
Nothing crazy puzzling, but still interesting and unusual problems. They want to have a conversation during the interview.
