Process

I received a call from a recruiter, completed an online test, and then proceeded to the coding sessions.

Unfortunately, the questions were not asked very clearly, and the interview had a really unmotivating atmosphere. It felt somewhat weird, as if it were a boring routine for the interviewers.

After that, I received some generic feedback and was told that there would be no further proceedings with my application.

Simple algorithms. Concurrency problems. Really, nothing that difficult.

Pros: Very smart people everywhere; everybody is very helpful. You can ask anyone for anything. I feel like I don't have managers but supporters. The work processes are surprisingly effective in comparison to other companies of this size. Great projects, many things to learn, and great compensation.

Cons: When I started there, it was just a small office under the wings of a big company. The office has grown significantly, and these great times when we were 10 people in the office are irretrievably gone. Sometimes, I miss it.
