Pros: freedom to take on and execute projects supportive management positive team culture

Cons: Excessive overhaul of processes. Frequent context switching.

Pros: Good benefits, overall pay.

Cons: A five-day working week is hectic.

Pros: Good facility. Food wallet. Location.

Cons: All the powers given to managers who themselves work remotely but insist team members come to the office. Managers are everything in this company. They can destroy your careers and break you mentally. These managers are doing full-fledged moonlighting. Some even work as vendors in the name of their blood relatives and conduct business within the company. And some, even if they come to the office, always go to meeting rooms. I'm not sure how many meetings they do, but I feel they are moonlighting, attending calls and meetings for other jobs they are doing from those closed rooms. Company should look into these gray areas and keep their brand value and ethical values intact.
