Pros: Very smart people everywhere; everybody is very helpful. You can ask anyone for anything.
I feel like I don't have managers but supporters.
The work processes are surprisingly effective in comparison to other companies of this size.
Great projects, many things to learn, and great compensation.
Cons: When I started there, it was just a small office under the wings of a big company. The office has grown significantly, and these great times when we were 10 people in the office are irretrievably gone. Sometimes, I miss it.

Pros: Pay is okay. Benefits are decent.
Cons: Leadership takes credit for everything positive while not taking accountability for any failure, even partial. Culture is becoming very political, where recognition just goes to those who can boot lick the best. Work often requires just as much red-tape handling, if not more, than the actual time it would just take to do the work.
