Pros: Work conditions are better than most.

Cons: Used to have better perks, but....

Pros: Ok pay & ok benefits

Cons: No lunch or other benefits, like bigger tech firms.

Pros: solid engineering expertise adequate compensation friendly coworkers

Cons: Probably the worst office in the whole software engineering industry. I just don't see how things can be any worse. Open floor with desks set as densely as physically possible; engineering and non-engineering staff mixed together. Everybody is walking around, talking with each other or on the phone. The necessity of keeping noise and distractions down does not seem to cross anyone's mind. Yet the office attendance is mandatory. Every day is stress and loss of productivity.
