Process
I completed the online coding challenge (it was easy) and then had a phone interview.
It seems like they want someone who already has a lot of experience.
The interviewers were nice, but the interview questions were a bit unexpected.
Questions
How to reverse a long string
They asked what my expected salary was, even before my phone interview.

My best job ever
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Prague, Czech Republic
March 11, 2021
Pros: Very smart people everywhere; everybody is very helpful. You can ask anyone for anything.
I feel like I don't have managers but supporters.
The work processes are surprisingly effective in comparison to other companies of this size.
Great projects, many things to learn, and great compensation.
Cons: When I started there, it was just a small office under the wings of a big company. The office has grown significantly, and these great times when we were 10 people in the office are irretrievably gone. Sometimes, I miss it.

I'm excited to come to work each day knowing that we're building a product that's changing people's lives for the better.
Cons: The company has gotten big enough that I no longer have an opportunity to meet all the new people.
