Pros: Growth is one word that often follows this company, but the company has many other aspects that make it a good workplace. I think most important decisions are widely shared and discussed openly. The company has superb early engineers, which has influenced engineers hired afterwards.
Cons: Could this company retain its top talent?
The company seems to try hard to retain them, and I just wish them to be successful because I am a relatively new hire.
Also, assigning new engineers to the right positions with appropriate compensation would be critical for the continued success of the company.
