Cons: If you are new to C++, the codebase will be a steep learning curve, especially given that there is hardly any documentation.

Pros: Good pay, potential for quick career growth if your main strength is duplicity.

Cons: Management spends all its time competing for power. Employee careers, project planning, and company direction are nothing more than pawns. Promotions are random. You'll be swapped from project to project without time to complete any, and you'll be told exactly whatever your manager thinks will keep you working, no matter how true it is. Your manager will usually disregard your feedback. You will never get a straight answer, and you can't believe anything you hear from anyone.

Pros: I joined fairly early on and I've had many opportunities to be challenged and grow in the last few years. I'm excited to come to work each day knowing that we're building a product that's changing people's lives for the better.

Cons: The company has gotten big enough that I no longer have an opportunity to meet all the new people.
