I applied for the software engineer internship, and they sent me a 1-hour online assessment first.
The OA was not that hard. Most of the questions covered fundamental concepts and theories related to computer science, and there were only two bug-fix problems, with no pure coding questions.
The phone interview had only one question and was not difficult either.

Pros: Very smart people everywhere; everybody is very helpful. You can ask anyone for anything.
I feel like I don't have managers but supporters.
The work processes are surprisingly effective in comparison to other companies of this size.
Great projects, many things to learn, and great compensation.
Cons: When I started there, it was just a small office under the wings of a big company. The office has grown significantly, and these great times when we were 10 people in the office are irretrievably gone. Sometimes, I miss it.
