Online quiz - some maths, recursion, linked lists, etc. Basic stuff, not that hard.

Onsite interview with Sr. Director. It was one-way, cutthroat questions. He was really unfriendly and there was no room for discussion. Questions were thrown at me one after the other. He was really disrespectful when I was done with the whole hour-long interview. I don't understand why he was so disrespectful when I was professionally doing my best to answer all the management-related questions.

Pros: 1. Very good about being transparent in all-hands meetings. 2. I'm trusted to direct my team technically; not micromanaged. 3. They weathered the pandemic fairly successfully. 4. Good people to work with. 5. Great benefits. 6. They have great employee acknowledgement programs and awards.

Cons: I'm sure they exist, but I can't think of any significant cons. I have worked in some really challenging environments, and this is not one of those.
