Pros: 1. Very good about being transparent in all-hands meetings. 2. I'm trusted to direct my team technically; not micromanaged. 3. They weathered the pandemic fairly successfully. 4. Good people to work with. 5. Great benefits. 6. They have great employee acknowledgement programs and awards.

Cons: I'm sure they exist, but I can't think of any significant cons. I have worked in some really challenging environments, and this is not one of those.
