I interviewed at Pure Storage in Prague.

The process involved two rounds of interviews.

After an initial call with the recruiter, I had two interviews: one technical and one managerial. The interviews were very fair; they are not trying to fail people or make them spit out code lines. The interviewers were very nice and respectful.

I then had a feedback session with the recruiter, which was again very respectful and useful. During this session, I was told I had moved to the next round.

The next round consisted of two more interviews, one technical and one managerial, with the hiring manager. As in the previous round, these were very respectful and fair.

A final feedback session with the recruiter concluded the process, where I was informed they would not be moving forward. They provided fair and reasonable feedback.

Overall, it was a smooth and respectful process that I enjoyed. The timeline was reasonable, and I was kept up to date with everything.

I definitely recommend it and would work there if I had the chance.
