Good benefits
Silent Friday - almost no one works
Cons: Huge LGBT (and other Leftist) propaganda.
Very chaotic upper management; they don't know what they are doing most of the time. The company's profit makes it possible to make tons of mistakes and not be caught. The style of management punishes honest people and rewards exploiters.

Pros: 1. Very good about being transparent in all-hands meetings.
2. I'm trusted to direct my team technically; not micromanaged.
3. They weathered the pandemic fairly successfully.
4. Good people to work with.
5. Great benefits.
6. They have great employee acknowledgement programs and awards.
Cons: I'm sure they exist, but I can't think of any significant cons. I have worked in some really challenging environments, and this is not one of those.
