Pros: Culture: Everyone is very smart, friendly, and willing to help. The product and projects are interesting. There are lots of benefits, including team outings, a bar in the office, and subsidized lunch. Growth opportunities and good work-life balance are also present.
Cons: A few managers are not good, and there are challenges working with teams across time zones.
