I received an email for a phone interview. After introductions, we proceeded directly to two coding questions over the phone. I solved both questions correctly and read out each line of code. This was a bit unusual, as I haven't done that before. The interviewer then asked follow-up questions after the coding functions. I felt I performed very well.
