All the powers given to managers who themselves work remotely but insist team members come to the office. Managers are everything in this company. They can destroy your careers and break you mentally.
These managers are doing full-fledged moonlighting. Some even work as vendors in the name of their blood relatives and conduct business within the company.

Good company with pure ethical values.
Save your core values.
