The selection process included a CV shortlist followed by two interview rounds, both of which took place on the same day.

Pros: 1) Totally cool people. My mentor and manager were always helpful.
2) Unlimited amount of technical resources. Many technical documents, tutorials, and patent files are always accessible.
3) Room for innovation. Management always tries to inspire employees to innovate and provides them with necessary resources.
4) Good pay and perks.
Cons: Nothing much on this front. Except at the times when there is a critical issue, work-life balance at Qualcomm is pretty much achieved.

Pros: Qualcomm believes in a policy of making a team member work for two months in a year and enjoy the other ten months. It's the best company to work for.
Cons: The work will be a little boring, but there are lots of opportunities to learn for sure.
