- Unlimited amount of technical resources. Many technical documents, tutorials, and patent files are always accessible.
- Room for innovation. Management always tries to inspire employees to innovate and provides them with necessary resources.
- Good pay and perks.
Nothing much on this front. Except at the times when there is a critical issue, work-life balance at Qualcomm is pretty much achieved.
