Pros: Good pay for a hardware engineer.
Cons: The Indian managers will make sure you hate your job there. They just stick up to the white person's schedule and expect you to do the same. Have some self-respect and log off after 5 p.m., mate.

Have a chance to learn a lot if you are in the development team.
Great people around from whom you can learn a lot.
Cons: Sometimes work pressures would be high.
You would have knowledge only on your module, and may not get a chance to learn about other technologies.
The workload is not uniform. Sometimes it would be high, and sometimes it would be less.
