No clear interview process.
- No clear indication if the recruitment has been approved - the recruiter says sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. If it isn't, they shouldn't interview people with false hope - it takes a lot of effort for us to attend the interview.
- No structured interview. 2 rounds out of 3 overshot by 30 minutes. After the interview process is done, they started ignoring. While it was going on, they were too enthusiastic. All this while the rec isn't approved.
