I was shortlisted for the above job profile and invited to the Qualcomm office in Cambridge, UK, for an interview. I did not have to give a phone interview; rather, I was invited to meet the director of the division.
Upon arrival, I was interviewed by the director with questions mostly related to my CV.
The director then arranged for three more senior engineers to interview me. Afterward, I was offered a trip back to my destination.
