The first round was a one-on-one interview focused on C programming fundamentals, including topics like the const and volatile keywords. I was then asked to solve a problem related to bit manipulation and explain some of my projects.

Pros: Casual environment with flexible hours and casual attire for more positions.
Free coffee and sodas.
Good pay and benefits (until Obamacare kicks in).
Cons: The company has gotten too big. Some of the smaller company charms have disappeared. It appears to be more concerned with shareholder value than workers now.

Pros: It is an excellent feeling to be surrounded by the best and brightest people in the industry. Better benefits than most companies.
Cons: Long hours at times, in spite of the flexibility.
Recent layoffs have lost some of the best people and decreased the morale of those who remained.

Pros: The treatment is really good, and people are very nice. It is a very good experience to have an internship at this company. The WiFi team is very strong.
Cons: They should expand their branches to Orange County, where there are quite a few colleges and a big collection of interns.
