Pros: Good work culture, flexible work hours, nice team members, and a great manager.
No pressure of deadlines, a very laid-back environment in the team. Nobody cares about anything else as long as you finish your work with quality. The future looks bright.
Cons: Going through a lot of budget cuts and layoffs. Lot of non-deserving people in the company; they could have been easily filtered out during the interview. Seems like the interview process needs to be improved.
