Process

The process started with a phone screen, where the interviewer reviewed my resume. I was questioned on my previous work experience and C language. Satisfied with the phone screen, I was invited on-site for an interview.

On-site travel was booked by one of their agents, and I only spent money on local transportation, which was later reimbursed.

The on-site portion began with an HR representative who discussed the role, job description, and benefits. They also collected information such as salary expectations.

Later, I was interviewed by two developers who primarily focused on sorting and searching techniques in C. Following them, a couple of directors assessed my behavioral analysis skills and aptitude for debugging issues.

An offer was extended five days after the interview.
