Process
I recently underwent two interviews for a position. After the second interview, the manager informed me that I had successfully passed and that a third step would be scheduled in two to three weeks.
However, the manager ceased communication, leaving me without any updates. I received no answer to a couple of emails.
A recruiter contacted me, proposing the same position. I explained the situation to the recruiter, but he also stopped responding.
