Pros: Top company. You can learn a lot if you are keen. Two reviews per year, good insurance. People are nice to talk to.
Cons: Lots of overtime, no training program literally. As a fresher, you need to understand everything.
No overtime pay.
Some people are pushy.

Smart Team, Terrible Leadership

Pros: Great benefits, despite how much people complain about them (compensation not competitive though).
Challenging work, smart colleagues.
Cons: Leadership has a terrible time making decisions. Our CEO changes his mind on a daily basis and is proud of the fact that he's never had any leadership training (it shows). Execs are also extremely out of touch and have lost any focus on employees, which used to be the source of our great culture.
