Interviewed over the phone by an HR rep and a Staff Engineer.
The HR rep's questions were pretty easy. The Staff Engineer, who was also a manager, asked more about my current work and basic C/C++ questions regarding inheritance and semaphores. It wasn't that difficult.

Did Qualcomm grow too big, too fast?

Pros: Good work/life balance is definitely achievable, at least where I was.
Working with great people who care about a quality product.
Moved from matrix-style managers to direct-report managers.
Lots of interesting problems to solve.
Cons: - Work culture has taken a big hit recently with various layoffs and lawsuits.
- Has grown into somewhat of a monolithic software company that moves slowly internally. Also, a lot of the internal tools and processes are outdated or unrefined.
- The communication and collaboration between different teams is abysmal.
- Benefits package is getting worse every year.
