The process began with a typical phone interview, followed by an extensive five-hour in-person interview.
Initially, you met with the manager of the group you would be joining. Subsequently, you were interviewed by several individuals outside of your intended group, which felt like being "bounced around."
Lunch was provided. Afterward, you re-interviewed with the initial manager for reasons unclear.
