Pros: Best mentor, manager, and teammates I can ever imagine. Great opportunities to learn from the most talented and experienced people in this field.

Cons: The parking lot was once a pain, but now I would say progress when working with some other team may not be as efficient as desired. I guess this is a common issue among large IT companies.
