Process
Phone call
I got an email asking for a phone interview. The recruiter was very impressed with my resume.
But when he called me, he said my resume matched the JD perfectly. However, my availability was delayed, and hence he did not proceed.

If you are young and fresh out of school, this is not the place you would want to work
Modem Engineer • Current Employee
Santa Clara, California, United States
September 7, 2015
Pros: Relatively good work/life balance. The offices/cubes people sit in are scattered, so your managers/colleagues won't notice what time you come in or leave.
Cons: Too much email communication or IMs. Since your colleagues/managers don't sit near you, they rely on emails/IMs so much, and it is very inefficient. Composing a sentence and explaining things in email/IMs can take 5 times longer than normal.
