Cons: Lots of redundant levels of management. Hikes aren't that great. You need to sell your work just as hard as you work, otherwise, it'll go unnoticed.

Cons: Confidence in the company has eroded as the smartphone market reached maturity. Canceled raises and bonuses in the spring. There are no guarantees the fall will bring anything. As expected, attrition is the result, as good engineers are leaving and the mediocre ones are staying.
