The process included a written test, followed by two technical rounds (elimination) and one HR round (non-elimination). Correct approach and problem-solving skills were tested in both technical rounds. Each interview lasted for approximately one hour.

Pros: Great tech company with lots to learn. Most industry tools are available for you to download and use.
Excellent benefits, especially ESPP, which they match up to 15% at a 15% discounted price. 401K matching is not compatible as they have a limit. The company pays for the medical premium. If you can't use your vacation days, you can get paid half by matching.
Cons: The medical benefit changed in 2016, and the deductible is high. Most employees are complaining.
These are really bad changes that they chose.
It's an offsetting of no premium, basically. Too many H1Bs.
