Shortlisting was based on:
- Resumes (CPA > 6.5)
- Technical Test (Basic C, Analog, Digital)
- Aptitude Test (Normal)
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
The technical test was relatively tougher compared to the questions asked in the interviews.
