I responded to an email from a Qualcomm staffing specialist who had sent out a recruitment for interns to a mailing list. He had reviewed my resume the same day and extended an invitation for a phone interview.
A week later, I had two phone interviews scheduled.
The phone interviews were one hour long each and were with two managers on different teams. They both consisted of fairly basic technical questions and questions regarding my experience.
The day after the second interview, my recruiter called me back to give me the unofficial offer. On the eleventh day after I first contacted the staffing specialist, I received an official offer.
The entire interview process was very efficient, and the communications were very clear. It was definitely a positive experience.
