Pros: Mentors and managers are normally really smart.
If you like what Qualcomm does, you'll probably find it very interesting.
* Fast-paced environment
* Good pay
* Good intern events and programs
Cons: You can get ignored pretty easily. Managers and mentors can have other projects to soak up their time.
Culture and personality is pretty lacking. I didn't know anything personal about my boss until the end of the internship.
Minimal collaboration (for me and my project).
Layoffs that affect the culture and mood of the company.

Pros: They treat their interns very well (better than the full-time employees).
The perks of the internship are very competitive compared to other leading tech companies.
There were many activities that kept me busy.
Cons: Your team is assigned by the HR team, who aren't the best people for matching technical skills with the job. Everyone is always busy, and if you're on the modems team, expect long work hours.
