Someone from the Linux Performance Engineer group contacted me for a phone interview.
The phone interview was for an hour and a half.
Later, within a week, I was invited to San Diego for their on-site interview.
I was interviewed by six people on various topics, ranging from computer systems to computer hardware. Everything related to my CV, though.
Questions

Pros: - Lots of activities
- Work on cool tech
- Lots of networking
- You get housing
Cons: - Complicated internal systems, so it takes a while to get up to speed.
- Cafeteria isn't free.
- Can be isolating if you are put in a building away from your team.

- Smart, work-oriented people (no babysitting other employees)
- Empowerment environment (figure everything out for yourself)
- Ability to work on cutting-edge technology and change the work with your ideas
- Fast-paced & dynamic working environment
- Bi-annual performance reviews (includes merit increase, cash & RSU bonuses)

- On-site gym
- Working meals
Cons: - Have to be in a position for at least 3 years.
- If you transfer to a different division, your 3 years in position get reset.
- Your tech manager has the biggest weight on your performance reviews.
- When you get a job there, they will almost always push you down in title to reduce quicker rise to management positions, but will still pay you well for your experience.
