Pros: Great benefits, informal work environment, and good prospects. The company is poised to expand into new markets, such as mobile TV, netbooks, laptops, and newer wireless broadband technology.
Cons: very focused on certain traditional areas. Need to move away from CDMA and low-level wireless technologies for the future to ensure good fortunes.
