I applied in March and was contacted by the HR person within two weeks to schedule a phone interview.

The interview was scheduled for the first week of April and lasted 35 minutes.

It was conducted by an experienced engineer who seemed very knowledgeable. The questions asked covered wireless concepts and mobile communication standards, and he expected answers in great detail.
