Pros: Pay is decent with good benefits.

Cons: Too much of politics. Your work doesn't define your performance. You need to advertise yourself, irrespective of your work. Doing an MBA works better than Engineering for a better performance, even in the Engineering division. It's a bad place for an engineer if you focus only on work. You need to learn to project yourself more than your work. Senior management forms cartels. Each supports the other, possibly due to outside business deals and quid-pro-quo. The engineers below should work more (by even doing their tasks of document preparation, notes, etc.) to protect the management. Ironically, upper management grows faster than the engineers below. There are a lot of rules told to engineers for their growth, but I'm not sure if there are no rules for upper management. HR is nonexistent.

Pros: Good support from management, flexible schedule.

Cons: Sometimes working hours are too long.

Pros: Good work-life balance and great opportunities.

Cons: No qualms with the company.
