Process
Technical interviews are good. The hiring manager, as well as the interviewers, check different skillsets of the candidate.
However, the HRs of this company are very arrogant and ignorant. After the verbal offer, I tried to contact them through calls, emails, texts, and WhatsApp, but they were unreachable. They did not want to communicate with the candidate. Even after the offer letter, I mailed them requesting some clarification and stating I wanted to talk about something over the call. But they did not have the time or willingness to discuss anything with the candidate.
Very bad experience.
