Process
HR set up an interview. The Hiring Manager called and said he might call over the weekend (what the hell?). He ended up calling on Monday. He did not even ask me anything. He stated that it looks like I am more interested in IC design and that a Product role might be too "stressful" for me. He insinuated he might call my previous employers to check if I was laid off, but said he wouldn't since it's unethical. All in all, he was sexist and a horrible person for the team, I'm sure.
